Dg10 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the dg10 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
These Terms & Conditions take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. Continued use of the dg10 platform after this date constitutes full acceptance of all stated terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dg10 platform — whether via web browser or mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. dg10 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by providing reasonable notice through the platform. Continued use following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The dg10 platform is only available to users who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is permitted under local law.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of dg10 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. dg10 will never ask for your password and will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you are required to notify us immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the dg10 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising purposes. This includes a prohibition on using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the system. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, including immediate account closure.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the dg10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Available methods are subject to change, and the most current list can be viewed during the deposit process.
Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. dg10 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that does not comply with platform terms, including situations where bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met.
Transaction Security
All financial transactions on the dg10 platform are conducted through channels protected by SSL encryption protocols. Your financial information is not stored directly by the platform — payment processing is handled by approved payment service providers. Any confirmed transaction cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user.
Tax & Legal Obligations
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations or legal liabilities arising from their use of the dg10 platform, including any winnings or profits earned. dg10 is not responsible for filing or paying taxes on behalf of any user.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Platform Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
Dg10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for such action include, but are not limited to: fraud, bonus abuse, breach of terms, multiple account registrations, or any activity deemed suspicious or harmful to the platform.
Voluntary Account Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the dg10 support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions and applicable rollover requirements have been settled. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned via the original payment method, subject to identity verification.
Inactivity Period
Accounts that show no activity for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. dg10 reserves the right to impose administrative charges on inactive accounts or to close them after providing the user with reasonable notice via their registered email address.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The dg10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, dg10 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy, or reliability. dg10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the dg10 platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, software, and interface layouts — is the exclusive property of dg10 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from dg10.
Third-Party Links & Services
The dg10 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers. dg10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Any dealings with third parties are entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. dg10 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time.
